We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while covering costs already incurred in the process of planning your trip.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is received. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
Some services, such as non-refundable flight tickets or special promotions, may not be eligible for a refund. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
4. No-Show Policy:
In the case of a no-show or failure to arrive at the destination without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
5. Amendments and Changes:
Any changes to the booking that affect the travel dates or arrangements may result in additional charges or partial refunds, depending on the supplier’s policy.
6. Credit Notes by Providers
Some airlines, hotels, and activity providers issue refunds in the form of credit notes instead of cash refunds. In such cases, we are unable to offer cash refunds but will pass on the credit note so you can use it toward future travel with them. Flexibility for your next adventure!
7. Weather Woes
If bad weather leads to trip cancellation by the supplier (for tours, activities, etc.), you’ll get a full refund or rescheduled date, whichever you prefer. Nature wins sometimes, but so do you!
