1. Booking Confirmation:A booking is considered confirmed when the required deposit or full payment has been made and a confirmation email has been issued. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.
2. Payments: Full payment is required at least 30 days before the travel start date, unless otherwise specified.
   • For bookings made within 30 days of travel, immediate full payment is required.
   • Any delay in payment may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable penalties.

1. Pricing and Changes:Prices are subject to change based on exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or other variables beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform the client immediately, and the revised price will be applicable.
2. Visa and Documentation Assistance:Miles and Memories assists clients with visa applications and documentation guidance. However, obtaining a visa is the sole responsibility of the client, and any rejection or delays in processing cannot be held against us. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to visa rejections or delays.
3. Travel Insurance:It is mandatory for all travelers to have valid travel insurance covering medical, personal accidents, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. Miles and Memories can assist in recommending insurance providers but will not be held liable for claims.
4. Amendments to Bookings:Any amendments made to bookings, including changes to travel dates, destinations, or services, will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies. Clients are responsible for any extra costs involved in making these changes.
5. Health and Safety:Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. Miles and Memories will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred during travel. It is also the client’s responsibility to follow the health and safety guidelines of the destination.
6. Liability:While we take every effort to ensure that your trip runs smoothly, Miles and Memories will not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
7. Unused Services:Any services, including accommodations, meals, transfers, or activities, that are not used by the client during the trip will not be eligible for a refund.
8. Disputes and Governing Law:Any disputes arising out of or in connection with bookings made through Miles and Memories will be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
9. Responsibility of Clients:
   
   • Clients must ensure that their travel documents, including passports and visas, are up to date and valid.
   • Clients are responsible for adhering to all travel advisories and destination-specific regulations, including health and safety protocols.
   • Any special requests such as dietary requirements or room preferences must be communicated at the time of booking, and while we will make efforts to accommodate these, they cannot be guaranteed.

1. Force Majeure:Miles and Memories shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or changes in travel arrangements due to acts of God, war, strikes, or any other event that is beyond the control of the company.
